  I booked a transfer the day before and I arrived at 6:20 at the carpark in the end of Tongariro Crossing. When I was getting my backpack from the car the bus left the place and drove to the main road. When I arrived at the main road the bus was full an left my wife and me waiting for 1 hour the next trip without any further details where to wait (the gravel road or the asphalt road???). At 7:20 the bus did not come to the bus stop in the end of the track, then I went in the main (asphalt) road and nearly missed the 7:30 bus again. The "ticket" salesman squeezed us in the bus and we ended traveling sitting on the steps. Ridiculous service with poor communication.
